Sudden Stops in the Euro Zone
The crisis in the eurozone, characterized as a balance of payments crisis, revealed the need to strengthen its infrastructure. The analysis of TARGET2 data showed the importance of liquidity mechanisms and capital flows. It is proposed to update the format of the Policy Brief for its reissue in 2025, highlighting the importance of reforming the structures of the eurozone.
