NATO at 2%: Trump and his accounting tricks?
All NATO countries reached 2% of GDP in defense to appease Donald Trump. It includes equipment, personnel and infrastructure. Some countries increased residual spending. Italy and Canada included Financial Guard and Coast Guard. Eastern countries such as Poland and Romania focused on equipment.
