COP30 in Brazil: Unfulfilled Promises and New Challenges
The COP30 in Belém concluded without progress in reducing fossil fuels due to the absence of key powers such as the United States, China and India. The fragmented context and lack of commitments generate concern over the failure to limit global warming to 1.5 C.
